Dagoberto Rodriguez Bethancourt has extensive experience handling complex criminal cases, representing both individuals and legal entities, including banking institutions and private interest foundations.
Magna Cum Laude graduate in Law and Political Science from Universidad Católica Santa María la Antigua (USMA), his academic background and professional experience are complemented by his outstanding participation in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. He was a member of the first Panamanian team to reach the White & Case Advanced International Rounds in 2021 and served as an advisor in the 2023 edition.
Before joining LOVILL, Dagoberto worked as an Attorney in the Litigation Department of a prominent law firm in Panama, demonstrating his ability to tackle and resolve complex legal challenges, further solidifying his experience in representing high-profile clients.
In addition to his professional career, Dagoberto has shown a strong commitment to the community by participating on the Boards of Directors of NGOs dedicated to education and civic engagement.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Dagoberto is licensed to practice law in the Republic of Panama.
Cristina also participates as a panelist and speaker in several national and international organizations in relevant subjects that include law, corporate social responsibility, gender diversity and leadership. She has a commitment in promoting social impact and giving back through pro bono cases and promoting best practices in the exercise of the Rule of Law in Panama.
