María Paula Orsini is an Associate at LOVILL and a member of the firm’s Corporate team. Her practice focuses on Labor, Immigration, and Administrative Law, where she advises both local and international clients, assisting businesses in navigating complex labor, immigration, and administrative matters in Panama.
Her professional experience includes drafting legal opinions, contracts, and compliance-related documentation, as well as managing administrative proceedings before government authorities such as the Ministry of Labor and Workforce Development (MITRADEL), the Ministry of Health (MINSA), the National Authority for Public Services (ASEP), and the Authority for Consumer Protection and Defense of Competition (ACODECO).
She has also been involved in immigration processes and labor permits and residence applications for foreign executives and investors, regulatory compliance matters, and legal due diligence for corporate transactions. María Paula holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad de Panamá and a Diploma in Labor Law from the Centro de Excelencia Educativa de Panamá (CEEDPA). She is also currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Administrative Law at Universidad Latina de Panamá.
