Víctor Manuel Ramos Marín is an Associate at LOVILL and a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. His practice focuses on complex civil, commercial, administrative, constitutional, and arbitration-related disputes.
He advises and represents clients in contentious matters before Panamanian courts and arbitral tribunals, including proceedings involving contractual liability, corporate disputes, enforcement matters, protective relief, and administrative challenges.
Víctor advises clients on the strategic handling of complex litigation and arbitration matters. His work spans complex pleadings, applications for provisional and conservatory measures, appeals, constitutional actions, legal opinions, and client-facing reports. He regularly acts in proceedings before Civil Circuit Courts, Superior Courts, and the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama, and advises domestic and international clients in arbitration-related matters.
His practice also includes the analysis and preparation of procedural strategies, coordination with clients and foreign counsel, and support in negotiations and dispute resolution efforts across different stages of complex proceedings.
Víctor holds a Law degree cum laude from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua and a Master’s degree in Civil Liability from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
