Víctor Manuel Ramos Marín is an Associate at LOVILL and a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. He advises clients on a wide range of contentious matters, including civil, administrative, and constitutional proceedings, and supports the firm in complex disputes before the Panamanian courts.

His experience includes drafting pleadings, memorials, motions, and appeals, as well as preparing constitutional actions and administrative claims. He has been involved in the management of judicial proceedings before Civil Circuit Courts, Superior Courts, and the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama, and regularly collaborates in the preparation of legal opinions and client reports.

Víctor has also been involved in negotiations and in the coordination of procedural strategies, supporting clients throughout all stages of the dispute process. He holds a Law degree (cum laude) from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua and a Master’s degree in Civil Liability from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
