Advised a Panamanian real estate developer in forming a joint venture with a U.S. investment fund for the development of a large infrastructure project in Panama City. Our services included negotiation of transaction terms, corporate structuring, and land segregation and reorganization.

Master-Planned Horizontal Property Development (approximately 250 hectares)
Structured a multi-phase residential development under the Horizontal Property regime, including drafting co-ownership regulations, securing permits, and coordinating land mergers and segregations.
