Juan has experience assisting local and international companies in business processes, tax, corporate and compliance procedures, including the incorporation of companies under special regimes in Panama, incorporation of private interest foundations, due diligence processes, review of contracts for the sale of assets of all kinds, corporate governance matters, among others.
He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from the Santa María La Antigua University of Panama in 2022, with Magna Cum Laude distinction and is admitted to practice in the Republic of Panama.
