Daniel holds a law degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Santa María La Antigua (USMA), graduating Cum Laude. He also completed the White & Case International Arbitration LL.M. at the University of Miami School of Law, where he was awarded the prestigious Director’s Awards for International Arbitration in Latin America & the Caribbean and for Investment Arbitration. His academic background strengthens his ability to advise clients on cross-border dispute resolution, investment protection, and corporate strategies in complex international matters.

Before joining LOVILL, Daniel gained experience in civil and commercial litigation at a prominent Panamanian law firm. This diverse background, combined with his arbitration expertise, allows him to offer strategic advice in transactions and risk management. His solid understanding of business and legal frameworks enables him to help clients navigate complex regulatory environments and prevent potential conflicts.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Daniel has been admitted to practice law in Panama since 2018 and is dedicated to delivering tailored legal solutions aligned with his clients’ needs.
