He holds a Bachelor of Law and Political Science from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua in Panama and a Master in Civil Liability from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, graduating with honors in both degrees.
During his studies in Spain, Andrés conducted research on topics such as: (i) the State’s liability from torts caused by illegal act from the Public Administration, and (ii) the civil liability of corporate directors in the context of big data and artificial intelligence.
Mr. Chanis also specialized in Civil and State Liability in Bogotá, addressing critical and current issues affecting both individuals and public and private entities.
