Mediante el Acuerdo No. 344 del 6 de mayo de 2025, la Corte Suprema de Justicia anunci\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n de un Plan de Descarga Judicial, con el objetivo de agilizar la transici\u00f3n hacia el nuevo modelo de justicia civil y garantizar la aplicaci\u00f3n oportuna del C\u00f3digo Procesal Civil, prevista para octubre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Plan de Descarga entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 16 de mayo de 2025 y se implementar\u00e1 progresivamente en los Juzgados de Circuito Civil del Primer y Tercer Circuito Judicial. Se priorizar\u00e1n los expedientes pendientes de sentencia y admisi\u00f3n de pruebas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para su ejecuci\u00f3n, el Plan contar\u00e1 con un equipo conformado por cinco jueces de circuito, diez jueces municipales, un secretario judicial y personal de apoyo, estos \u00faltimos, quienes asistir\u00e1n en la elaboraci\u00f3n de resoluciones judiciales, edictos y oficios, entre otras gestiones clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los jueces recibir\u00e1n la solicitud de la Coordinaci\u00f3n del Plan de Descarga Judicial, dirigida por la Sala Civil de la Corte Suprema, y deber\u00e1n autorizar la desaprehensi\u00f3n de los expedientes. Luego, el Secretario del Plan de Descarga los distribuir\u00e1 entre los Jueces de Descarga Judicial, quienes asumir\u00e1n su revisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una vez dictada la sentencia, auto de pruebas o resoluci\u00f3n final, el expediente ser\u00e1 desaprehendido nuevamente y enviado al Juzgado de Conocimiento, que continuar\u00e1 con su seguimiento y conclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este plan representa un avance significativo en la modernizaci\u00f3n del sistema judicial, el cual persigue mayor eficiencia en la resoluci\u00f3n de procesos civiles y facilitando la implementaci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo Procesal Civil en los plazos previstos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
