El Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas (MOP) ha dado inicio al proceso de licitaci\u00f3n para el proyecto de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n, Mantenimiento y Operaci\u00f3n de la Carretera Panamericana Oeste, una iniciativa clave para mejorar la conectividad y el desarrollo de sectores estrat\u00e9gicos como el comercio, la log\u00edstica y el turismo en Panam\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Este proyecto, que comprende 192 kil\u00f3metros desde Loma Campana (Capira) hasta Santiago (Veraguas), se desarrollar\u00e1 bajo el modelo de Asociaci\u00f3n P\u00fablico-Privada (APP), promoviendo la inversi\u00f3n y la optimizaci\u00f3n de infraestructura vial con est\u00e1ndares internacionales.<\/p>\n

Este proyecto beneficiar\u00e1 a aproximadamente 282,000 usuarios diarios, facilitando el acceso a la zona del Pac\u00edfico, promoviendo la inversi\u00f3n en el corredor de las playas y optimizando el transporte de mercanc\u00edas y productos agropecuarios entre el interior del pa\u00eds y la capital.<\/p>\n
